Dr. Jürgen Laakmann has over 25 years of management experience, including strategic consulting, and roles in the automotive and tech sectors, with extensive expertise in private equity and M&A transactions. A PhD in mechanical engineering, he has been the CEO of electrolyser manufacturer Enapter AG since July 2023.
Eva Katheder

The business economist, specializing in accounting, controlling, corporate management, and international management, has over 15 years of management experience. Throughout her career in both publicly listed and privately held companies, she has taken on various leadership and executive roles in finance, administration, and controlling, particularly in the fields of trade, private equity/venture capital, investment companies/capital markets, and IOT/Smart Home. Additionally, she brings extensive experience in advising startups as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, including taking on advisory board, supervisory board, or executive roles, as well as interim management.
In addition to her role as a supervisory board member at H2 Core AG, she also serves as a supervisory board member at Enapter AG.
Gerrit Kaufhold

After completing his business studies in Würzburg and Swansea, Wales, Gerrit Kaufhold worked as a tax advisor and auditor. Following roles at a Big4 firm, he served for many years as the managing partner of a mid-sized auditing company. Since May 2021, he has been the CFO of electrolyser manufacturer Enapter AG.
