Supervisory Board of H2 CORE AG

Mr. Andreas Danner studied business administration at the University of Mannheim from 1999 to 2005, specializing in taxation, accounting, and tax law. Mr. Danner has been working in capital market-oriented companies since September 2018 and possesses, in particular, knowledge, skills, and experience in both the commercial sector and the capital markets.

He is a member of the following statutory supervisory boards or comparable domestic and foreign supervisory bodies of commercial enterprises:

• Deutsche Balaton Immobilien I AG, Heidelberg (Chairman of the Supervisory Board)
• ConBrio Beteiligungen AG, Stuttgart (Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board)

The business economist, specializing in accounting, controlling, corporate management, and international management, has over 15 years of management experience. Throughout her career in both publicly listed and privately held companies, she has taken on various leadership and executive roles in finance, administration, and controlling, particularly in the fields of trade, private equity/venture capital, investment companies/capital markets, and IOT/Smart Home. Additionally, she brings extensive experience in advising startups as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, including taking on advisory board, supervisory board, or executive roles, as well as interim management.

In addition to her role as a supervisory board member at H2 Core AG, she also serves as a supervisory board member at Enapter AG.

Andreas Höllinger is currently the head of the wind power division at a German engineering firm. Prior to that, Mr. Höllinger served for two years as CEO of Hydrogen Ambition, a joint venture based in Berlin. Mr. Höllinger has more than 25 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and has held executive and board positions for over 14 years, including as CEO and Managing Director of ABO Energy (formerly ABO Wind AG) in Wiesbaden and as Managing Director of ABO Invest (now Clearwise) in Wiesbaden. His areas of expertise include project development, financing, and contract drafting in the energy sector, as well as international business development. Based on both his past and current roles, he possesses the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to serve on the Supervisory Board.
