Christian von Volkmann has over 20 years of capital markets experience, including various leadership positions and as a consultant with his own firm, with more than 15 years as an executive of publicly listed companies.

During this time, he gained extensive experience in structured debt financing, capital market transactions, shareholder squeeze-outs, strategic repositioning, recapitalization with subsequent scale-ups, as well as insolvency and restructuring.

Christian holds a degree in business administration and has passed the CPA exam. He began his career in auditing and consulting at Ernst & Young, working across various industries. He leads and supports capital market-focused, mid-sized companies and startups through critical growth phases to successful outcomes.

Christian will primarily focus on finance and administration, capital market communication, corporate finance, and strategy.
